Nondiscrimination
The Texas Real Estate Commission shall comply fully with the nondiscrimination provisions of all Federal and State laws and regulations by assuring that no person shall be excluded from consideration for recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, or any other personnel action, or be denied any benefits or services the Commission provides on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation or veteran's status.
