Nondiscrimination
The Texas Real Estate Commission shall comply fully with the nondiscrimination provisions of all Federal and State laws and regulations by assuring that no person shall be excluded from consideration for recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, or any other personnel action, or be denied any benefits or services the Commission provides on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age or veteran's status. The policy of the Commission is to hire or promote the most qualified person for the position being filled.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any requests for reasonable accommodation needed during the application process should be communicated by the applicant to Human Resources.
