Agenda Item 1 Call to Order
ACTION: Secretary Sales called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m.
Members Present: Bob Baker, Holly Hightower, Yazmin Perez, Bill Roth, Brian Sales, and Ty Williams. Socar Chatmon-Thomas joined the meeting at 10:12 a.m.

Agenda Item 4 Staff update on past BRWG recommendations

Agenda Item 5 Discussion and possible action regarding broker associates
ACTION: The group decided by consensus to bring this discussion back to the next meeting with the intent of making a recommendation to the full Commission.
Agenda Item 6 Discussion and possible action regarding future agenda items and meeting dates
• Future meeting dates: Wednesday, October 11, 2023
• Alternate dates: Tuesday, October 10, 2023, or Thursday, October 12, 2023
ACTION: The committee requested the following be added to the October agenda:
• Discussion regarding file retention for brokers and sales agents as defined in §535.2;
• Discussion and possible action regarding broker associates; and
• Discussion regarding the number of LLCs or sales agents a broker can sponsor or supervise.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
