The Education section evaluates transcripts submitted by individuals applying for a real estate salesperson license or broker license, or one of the real estate inspector licenses. If you are an applicant, please use the "Applicants" link above for complete information.

The Education section also approves and regulates continuing education providers and accredited schools offering real estate courses (core and real estate related) and inspector courses. To the extent permitted by current law, TREC's Education section approves course content and determines the competency of instructors. Through PSI, TREC's private sector examination vendor, this section administers examinations statewide.
