The following providers are approved to offer the TREC Legal Update and Ethics MCE courses that are required for licensees pursuant to the rule revisions effective January 1, 2005 (see the MCE FAQs page for more on the rules).

Please contact one or more of these schools to obtain specific information about when or where courses will be offered. Some of these courses include both the Legal Update and Ethics courses, some include only one or the other or a combination of these with other subject areas. Some providers are offering these courses by correspondence or alternative delivery methods. Please be specific as to what you need when contacting the provider for inquiries.
